What is your processing time?

Our current processing turnaround is 14 working days. If you require an order quicker please do send us an email as we will always try and accommodate rush orders.

Monthly boxes will have an estimated shipping date on the listing.

What Post do you use?

We use Royal Mail 2nd class signed for the majority of our orders as this allows us to keep postage costs lower for you. This can be Large Letter or Small parcel depending on the size and weight of your order. If your order comes in at over 2kg, you will be contacted with details of an alternative shipping method. If you wish to upgrade your postage to first class, please contact us.

Where can I see your reviews?

We have over plenty of 5* Reviews on our Facebook page and Trustpilot with more added all the time. Please feel free to check them out.

Can I have an open box?

Yes! Lots of out customers have open boxes with us. An open box essentially means you can place multiple orders over a period of time and we keep it to one side for you and you let us know when your ready to have it shipped. Saves you spending money on postage for multiple orders. If you wish to start an open box, please contact us. Please see open box returns policy below.

Can I collect my order and pay cash?

Yes of course. If your local to me your welcome to collect your order and pay cash on delivery. However, if you do not collect without letting me know, any future orders will have to be paid through the website.

How can I pay?

Payments are currently accepted cash, card, bank transfer or PayPal.

Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns on in stock items providing they are returned within 14 days of you receiving your goods. We do not accept returns on custom or made to order items.

The buyer is responsible for return costs and must ensure goods are returned in the condition they were received. If good are returned damaged, your refund will reflect that.

Open boxes are essentially a storage method and, as I am sure you understand, will not fall under usual refund policy. However as a gesture of goodwill, If your items have been with us less that 14 days and you wish to cancel your order, you will receive 100% of your refund. If your items have been with us between 14 days and 2 Months and you wish to cancel/return your order is subject to a 15% admin restocking fee. If your items have been with us for 2-4 months you are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any longer that this and we can not accept cancellations or refunds. Bath Bombs should not be stored in Open Boxes for any longer than 3 months due to the humid environment. If you choose to do so, it is at your own risk and we are not liable for the condition and will not refund any any circumstance.
